Spaans bijrolacteur, geboren als Ricardo López-Nuño Díez. Afkomstig uit het Noord-Spaanse gewest Cantabrië. Na debuut onder zijn geboortenaam in de muzikale komedie Tengo 17 años (José Maria Forqué, 1964) vooral te zien in (internationale) actiefilms, waaronder menige paella- en spaghettiwestern. Zo was Palacios te zien als barkeeper in Per qualche dollaro in piu’/For a Few Dollars More (Sergio Leone, 1965), Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo/The Good, The Bad and The Ugly (Leone, 1966) en I giorni dell’ira/Day of Anger (Tonino Valerii, 1967).
